Heyo, I am Charles Sharpe an Independent Developer & Designer based near Charles Town, WV. I'm a veteran, information technology enthusiast, computer specialist and web developer with over 15 years of experience.

General Character

In my earlier years, I dreamed to be an artist and information technology superman. Computer hardware and software have always fascinated me.

If there is a will, there is a way and I will discover a way. I have an endless passion for figuring out how things tick inside out, then crafting that understanding to teach and create for others.

There is grand joy in learning, sharing, enabling and creating with others.

I am passionate about learning, teaching, collaborating in a community, and advancing civilization.

My drive comes from sharing & being of service to others in our world. My skills revolve around information technologies, blockchain and computer infrastructure. I am able to troubleshoot, design, learn, and create solutions to various challenges.

In my spare time, I enjoy reading, writing, amateur photography, video editing, 3D printing & video games; outside activities like gardening, kayaking, stargazing, camping, and cycling are also a very important aspect to my life.

A variety of ideals I care most about relate to community resilience, symbology, regenerative agriculture, privacy, and metaphysics.

Previous Experiences

After graduating High School, I decided to join the United States Air Force as a Satellite Communications Technician (3D153). It was a lovely & rigid experience overall; I am honored to have served a nation I care about.

After 5 years operating & maintaining parabolic dishes for intelligence and weather surveillance, I chose to go back to my roots with design and development; including pursuit of a bachelor degree in Computer Science.

Sharpetronics.com became a reality in 2013 and I began crafting WordPress websites that involve small communities relative to humanitarian projects. At this stage of my adventure, I began diving deep into esoteric understandings and connecting my heart to ideals I care most about.

Present Symphony

Now, the direction of my intentions have evolved since 2013 and the technology or tools working in parallel with enable more control building unique experiences for each idea or project.

In short summary of this method, only critical pieces of code are added relative to the project needs and wants.

The JAMstack is an application stack that stands for Jekyll, API's & Markup. Some JAMstackers replace this with complex Javascript pancakes like React or VueJs.

I have moved away from hefty frameworks; many of these systems are bulky and each one has its own steep learning curve for the user, developer, designer and administrator. I discovered it is more efficient & friendlier to piece together ones own system or software stack.

Easing the content creators experience sharing information through online information portals is my focus. There is genius & elegance in simplicity!
